Job Description:Our Columbus Ohio IT department is seeking a Computer Technician to provide ongoing hardware and software support for company networked devices to start immediately. This position requires 2+ years full-time in same capacity of work and/or educational equivalence as this is an Intermediate to Advanced position.

Work Experience:Effective Oral & Written Communication, PC Workstation Hardware - Installation & Troubleshooting, Intermediate Understanding of Network Connectivity Issues / NIC Configuration, Familiarity with Backups/RAID (Windows System), Monitoring and Applying Software Updates (Windows/iOS), Utilizing Remote Desktop to Support Offsite Clients, E-Mail Account Setup and Troubleshooting (Windows and iOS clients), Setup New PCs, Laptops, iPads, iPhones, Network & Internet Connectivity Resolution (Workstations, Mobile Devices, Printers, routers, etc.), Hardware Maintenance and Installation (PCs), Multi-Task Management and Prioritization, Self-Directed - Ability to Set and Meet Deadlines, Ability to climb stairs, Walk Regularly between Several Buildings, Bending, kneeling, Reaching, Lifting (up to 30 LBs), and standing; occasional prolonged sitting, Ability to work off hours and weekends on very rare occasions, Ability to modify work schedule to meet job requirements, Reliable Transportation, Eagerness to Adapt, Learn On-The-Job, and Acquire Skills to Meet On-Going IT Challenges
Education:High School Diploma
Certifications:Professional Certification (e.g., CompTIA A++, or other) is Preferred, Not Required.
